From looking at the NSD...

The process that is crashing is C:\Program Files\CA\ARCserve Backup Agent for Lotus Domino\dbanotesAg.exe (1508)

Which would appear to be this 3rd party application:

Have you confirmed that the 3rd party installed is one that is certified for 8.5x?
I see from their website that they do support 8.5, but the version that may have been installed with their 7.0x Domino server may have been an earlier version.
